About Cris?

Hi! I’m Cris Kambouris and the best part of my day is returning home to my family after a hard day’s work and I am so grateful that we chose South Windsor to be our home.

I have lived in South Windsor’s St. Mary’s Gate since 2005 and as a busy real estate agent, driving all over the city every day, I can certainly appreciate a short commute to and from home.  Whether my first appointment is in LaSalle, Tecumseh or downtown or out of the city of Windsor, all main expressways and arteries can be accessed just around the corner from my home!  Yet, my neighborhood feels so tucked away from the hustle and bustle!

Some days you will find me enjoying lunch or dinner with clients or family and friends at my local favourites, Armando’s, Spago’s and Iguana Sushi Bar, along with other fabulous restaurants!  My children will ask “Dad, can we get pizza tonight?” and it’s a pleasure to help my friends John at Armando’s Pizzeria and Bob at Arcata Pizzeria. It’s a quick stop on the way home!

So as you can imagine, as a Realtor® I am in my car a lot and if I need to service my car, I stop at one of the many dealerships conveniently located within this area.  With every convenience around the corner including our doctor’s office, pharmacy, and shopping, why would I live anywhere else!

What I find most special about living in South Windsor is the sense of community. Everywhere we stop, we see people we know and it’s so nice to run into your neighbors and catch up for a few minutes. It makes you feel truly connected to your neighborhood!
